Our contract model consists of a signed front sheet with bespoke information relating to the service you are providing to Pendragon, and relevant supporting documentation which is available below.
This Front Sheet, all applicable Terms and Conditions and supporting documentation as detailed below, shall constitute the entire agreement between parties. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, and supporting documentation as necessary, and urge you to review these regularly. You are able to download a copy for your records, should you wish to do so.
If you are unsure as to which ones are relevant, then please ask your Pendragon representative who will be happy to advise.
