Guy Millward, Chief Financial Officer, Wilmington plc announces his retirement
Wilmington plc has been notified by Guy Millward, Chief Financial Officer, that he intends to retire. The Board has commenced a process to identify a successor.
Guy will remain in post until a successor is appointed, to ensure an orderly transition, at which point a final departure date will be confirmed.
